DTown Delivers is a bi-monthly publication produced by the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District and published by the Caller Times (caller.com) on the first and third Friday of February, April, June, August, October, & December.
Circulation is 41,000 each distribution.

DMD:

The Corpus Christi Downtown Management District is a professional management district representing property owners within the Downtown area bounded by Kinney Street to I-37, and Lower Broadway to the T-Heads.
The District was created in 1993 at the request of private sector leadership. At that time, a special assessment was levied to provide the financial resources necessary to operate programs to improve the image of Downtown.
Mission

The Corpus Christi Downtown Management District (DMD) is a state-authorized improvement district established and governed by property owners to influence and enhance a positive environment for the economic base of Downtown.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month at the IBC Bank boardroom, 221 S Shoreline Blvd commencing at 9am. These are public meetings (except for expressly authorized executive sessions) and are governed by the Open Meetings Act.
