Corpus Christi First began in July and has since grown into an experience like no other in the area. This unique event, happening the first weekend of every month, combines consistent activities with a variety of eccentric and exciting new attractions. If you haven’t been to Corpus Christi First, will this weekend be the first for you?
Friday Night Artwalk – December 2nd
Will it be the first time you step onto a tram with a live band playing, or see the dynamic development of Downtown, or delight your eyes with local art?
Saturday Marina Market Days – December 3rd
Will it be the first time you leisurely stroll through a marina, or shop among sailboats, or search for local vendor treasure that won’t capsize your wallet?
Sunday Morning BridgeWalk – December 4th
Will it be the first time you step foot on a bridge, or chart a new course for a weekend walk, or see a Downtown skyline from the best spot in town?
In addition to these happening each first weekend, Corpus Christi First features other activities and events that make every month a different experience. You could take a walk to countries around the world in the Christmas Tree Collection at the Art Museum of South Texas, rock the night away with sounds of Texas Country Music and the Spazmatics, take in a movie on the lawn of the Watergardens, or spread your blanket out along the seawall to see fireworks in July and Christmas lights in December.
Locals have gathered to share in the spirit of community and the momentum of this exciting event has brought out friends and neighbors in waves. But Corpus Christi First is not just an attraction for our local community. Visitors from all around will enjoy making the first weekend of the month a Corpus Christi destination to experience!
